دور صناديق الاستثمار الإسلامية في تدعيم الاستثمار المصرفي في إطار المضاربة الشرعية

Résumé: تأتي هذه الدراسة في إطار الاهتمام بالاستثمار الإسلامي لما له دور في تنمية المجتمع وتقدمه، مبرزة بذلك أهم المعوقات التي تواجه صيغة المضاربة الشرعية باعتبارها أساس عمل المصارف الإسلامية وأهم صيغه الاستثمارية التي تهتم بتعبئة المدخرات في الوقت الحاضر؛ وانطلاقا من الرؤى والمحاولات النظرية التي قدمها كتاب ومفكرون إسلاميون يمكن أن تكون الصناديق الاستثمارية الإسلامية الخيار المناسب لتطوير الاستثمار في المصارف الإسلامية في إطار المضاربة الشرعية ذلك أن فكرتها في الأساس تستند على عقد المضاربة الفقهي، كما أن المزايا التي تتميز بها الصناديق الاستثمارية الإسلامية قد تساعد المصارف الإسلامية في الوصول إلى أهدافها وتجاوز المعوقات التي تواجه نشاطها الاستثماري المبني في الأساس على عقد المضاربة الشرعي. This study comes in the context of interest in Islamic investment because it has a role in the development and progress of society, highlighting the concept of investment and its legitimate purposes, as well as types. Then we explained some points about the most important obstacles facing the legitimacy of speculative (Modaraba) formula as a basis for the work of Islamic banks and the most important investment formula that concentrates on the mobilization of savings for the time being, and on the basis of theoretical perspectives and attempts made by writers and Islamists intellectuals can Islamic investment funds be as the right choice for the development of investment in Islamic banks in the framework of the Modaraba, because their idea is essentially based on the Modaraba , and the advantages that are characterized by Islamic investment funds may help Islamic banks to reach their objectives and overcome obstacles facing investment activity which based essentially end primarily on Modaraba.
