قرأءة في ابعاد الدور التركي في الشرق الأوسط الدوافع والرهانات

Résumé: الملخص : تحاول هذه الدراسة البحثية رصد الدور التركي في الشرق الأوسط، وهو الدور الذي ما فتئئ يتصاعد منذ تولي حزب العدالة و التنمية مقاليد السلطة بتركيا سنة 2002،فتركيا تحاول إسترجاع أمجادها التاريخية و الإستراتيجية الممتدة على محورمثلت أسيا الوسطى الشرق الأوسط إلى أطراف منطقة البلقان . وتولي تركيا أهمية مركزية بالشأن الشرق أوسطي مرتكزةً في أدوارها بهذه المنطقة على مبدأ العمق الإستراتيجي ، و تحاول تركيا المزاوجة بين الطرق الدبلوماسية المرنه إلى الأدوات الاقتصادية و حتى إلى الخيارات العسكرية أحيانا لتجسيد إستراتيجيتها بالشرق الأوسط و ضمان مصالحها الحيوية سواء الأمنية الجيوسياسية أو الاقتصادية . الأبعد من ذلك فإن طموحها هو بلوغ أعلى الهرم العالمي كقوة رقم 10عالميا في غضون عام 2023 . Abstract: this study investigate Turkish strategy and forewing policy toward middle east, however justice and development party adopted since its coming to power in turkey in 2002 strategy quoted turkey isolated in middle east countries extend bridges across the historic strategic triangle from central Asia and Caucasus , thought the middle east, to the Balkans. Turkish new strategy in the middle east include several dimensions based on soft diplomacy ,and yellowing of the problems with neighbors and the use of variable data wish represents many factors like key economic ,geopolitical and geo-cultural factors, wish is witnessing conflicts and competition strategies, major and regional powers. The most objective of the new Elite in turkey seeks to becoming 10th world power since2023.
