واقع تطبيق أساليب إدارة الوقت لدى مسيري الأندية الرياضية المحترفة بالجزائر

Résumé: نهدف من خلال دراستنا الى ابراز واقع تطبيق أساليب إدارة الوقت لدى مسيري الأندية الرياضية المحترفة بالجزائر من خلال عدة متغيرات أهمها عامل المؤهل العلمي ومعرفة أكثر الاساليب استخداما لدى المسيرين وقد استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع على عينة مقصودة قدرت ب120 مسيرا لأندية الرياضية المحترفة الأولى والثانية ،كما تم تقسيم الاستبيان إلى أربع محاور ب81 عبارة وتوصلنا في دراستنا إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لواقع تطبيق أساليب إدارة الوقت لدى مسيري الأندية الرياضية المحترفة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، أما الأسلوب الأكثر شيوعا لإدارة الوقت لدى مسيري النوادي الرياضية المحترفة هو أسلوب الإدارة بالتفويض Abstract: The objective of our study is to highlight the reality of the application of time management techniques among professional sports clubs in Algeria through several variables, most notably the scientific qualification factor and the most common methods used by the managers. The researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the subject on a target sample estimated 120 trainees for the first and second professional sports clubs , And the questionnaire was divided into four axes with 81 words. In our study, we found that there are no statistically significant differences in the application of time management methods among the professional sports clubs' instructors due to the variable of scientific qualification. A time management tool for professional sports club managers is the delegated management style.
