إسهامات الحضارة العربية الإسلامية في تطوير الطب الوقائي والتداوي بالأعشاب "ابن قنفذ القسنطيني" أنموذجا
Résumé: مقالنا هذا غايته العودة إلى التاريخ العلمي الحافز الذي تزخر به حضارتنا الإسلامية وتقّدمها في مجال الطب الوقائي على غرار العالم "ابن قنفذ القسنطيني" في كتابه " أنس الحبيب عند عجز الطبيب" أو كما سمي "أرجوزة في الغذاء والأشربة"، مرّكزا فيها على الغذاء الصحي ودوره في مواجهة الأوبئة والرعاية النفسية للأفراد، كما أنه يهدف إلى تبيان مكانة وإسهامات الحضارة العربية الإسلامية واهتمام علمائها بمختلف العلوم خاصة العقلية منها في مجال الطب محاولين إعطاء لمحة عن العلامة ابن قنفذ وتقديم محتوى الأرجوزة Our article is intended to return to the motivating scientific history of our Islamic civilization and its progress in the field of preventive medicine like the world Ibn Qunfud Al Qusenṭīnī ' in his book 'Anas al-Habib wadjez atabib' or as it is called 'Ūrǧzat in food and drink'. Focusing on healthy food and its role in confronting epidemics and psychological care for individuals, it aims also to demonstrate the status and contributions of Arab-Islamic civilization and the interest of its scientists in various sciences, especially mental sciences, especially in the field of medicine, trying to give a glimpse of the Allama Ibn Qunfud and provide the content of Ūrǧzat.
