السوار الإلكتروني كإجراء للإصلاح في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: أتاحت السياسة العقابية الحديثة بدائل عن العقوبات السالبة للحرية، ومن بين هذه البدائل إطلاق سراح المسجون وإخضاعه لرقابة الكترونية بواسطة ارتداء المحكوم عليه لسوار الكتروني في معصم يده أو كاحله ، إذ يعمل هذا الجهاز على إرسال إشارات إلى جهاز آخر يحدده قاضي تطبيق العقوبات لاستقبالها وإعادة إرسالها عبر جهاز مركزي . Abstract: The modern scorpion policy has provided alternatives to freedom depriving punishments , among these alternatives is the presoner and subjecting him to electronic mornitoring by wearing an electronic bracelet on the wrist or the convict ,is this device wirk to send singnal to another device determined by the penal enforcement judge , to receive them and resend the through a central device .
