تطبيق طريقة التحليل متعدد المعايير Promethee في عملية اختيار موقع المشروع -دراسة حالة بشركة نفطال سعيدة -

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على استخدام طريقة PROMETHEE ومدى مرونتها في حل المشاكل المعقدة خاصة ملائمته لحل مشكلة اختيار موقع المشروع، وإلى استخدام نموذج يلبي حاجتها لحل مشكلة اختيار افضل موقع بأسلوب ومنهج علمي يعتمد على الأساليب الكمية والنوعية في اتخاذ القرار. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تحديد المعايير الرئيسة اللازمة لاختيار أفضل موقع لإقامة نقاط بيع، وبالاعتماد على البيانات المقدمة من قبل شركة نفطال والاستعانة ببرنامج visual PROMETHEE (نسخة 2013) المصمم خصيصا لأسلوب متعدد المعايير. حيث توصلت الدراسة الى اختيار موقع بالول كأفضل موقع لإقامة نقاط البيع بتدفق صافي بنسبة 0,78 . Abstract: The aim of this study was to identify the method PROMETHEE and the extent of flexibility in solving complex problems especially suitability to resolve the problem of selecting the project site, and to use the model meets the need to solve the problem of choosing the best site style and scientific approach relies on quantitative methods in decision-making. To achieve the objectives of the study were identified Key standards necessary to choose the best site for the establishment of points of sale, depending on the program Visual PROMETHEE building specially designed for the Analytical multi-criteria Process, There fore; the study resulted in selecting Baloul Sile as The best site for sales points with a net flow of 0,78 .
