Résumé: this article deals with the subject of the exploitation of social networks and cloud computing applications at a time when university libraries are experiencing a lack of budget, a limited availability, obsolescence information infrastructures , a high price of software prices and updates, adding the lack of coordination and cooperation among librarians across the country ... On the other hand, libraries have worked hard to provide the university community with in the form of access points that make it quick and efficient to search for sources of information. These important efforts are aimed at achieving open communication between the library and its beneficiaries and between the beneficiaries themselves in a real and potential space-time. In addition, we live in the phenomenon of Walt dependency networks, as a technical platform. As a result, the organization is responsible for developing, maintaining, and modernizing its digital services, which is the second level of cloudcomputing based on interaction and exchange. يتناول هذا المقال موضوع استغلال شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وتطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية في عصر تعاني فيه المكتبات الجامعية من قلة الميزانية، محدودية الإتاحة، تقادم البنية التحتية للمعلومات، غلاء أسعار البرمجيات والبرامج وتحديثاتها إضافة إلى نقص التنسيق والتعاون بين المكتبيين عبر الوطن... كما تعمل على توفير خدمات رقمية للمجتمع الأكاديمي وتوفير منافذ للوصول والحصول على مصادر المعلومات بسرعة وبفعالية، سعيا منها لتحقيق الاتصال المفتوح بين المكتبة والمستفيدين الفعليين منهم والمحتملين، خاصة وأننا نعيش ظاهرة الإدمان على شبكات التواصل كمنصات تقنية تأخذ الهيئة المسؤولة عنها على عاتقها عمليات التطوير، الصيانة والتحديث، وهو ما يتطابق مع المستوى الثاني من مستويات الحوسبة السحابية المــبنية على التفاعل والتبادل حيث يمكن لهذه الأخيرة أن تكون منفذا من منافذ تقديم المعلومات وتحقيق التواصل والاتصال بين المكتبات الجامعية والمستفيدين منها.
