مساهمة النسب المالية المشتقة من التدفقات النقدية ونموذج شيرود في التنبؤ بالفشل المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية-دراسة حالة-مؤسسات فندقية(2015-2018)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال النسب المالية المشتقة من جدول التدفقات النقدية والنماذج المعتمدة للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار فندقي (الأوراسي-مرحبا) للفترة (2015-2018) لمعرفة مدى كفاءة وفعالية كل منهما، وكذا التنبؤ بالفشل المالي الذي يعتبر أحد المعوّقات الذي يحول دون قدرة استمرارهما في الحياة الاقتصادية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن فندق الأوراسي قد حقق نتائج إيجابية خلال الفترة متمثلة في النتيجة المحاسبية الموجبة للسنوات الأربعة، في حين أن فندق مرحبا كان مرتبا حسب نموذج Sherrod في الفئة الرابعة المهددة بالفشل المالي في المستقبل، والخسارة المتكررة خلال السنوات الأربعة تؤكد ذلك، ومؤشرا معبرا على الهشاشة المالية التي تمر بها هذه المؤسسة.
