Résumé: الأسرة والمدرسة نحو التأسيس لشراكة فاعلة دراسة تحليل سوسيو-تربوي Family and school towards establishing an effective partnership Socio educational analysis ط.د فاكية عزاق1،*، د.عبد الرزاق عريف2، [email protected] [email protected] 2.1مخبر تطوير الممارسات النفسية والتربوية 2.1جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة (الجزائر). تاريخ الاستلام : تاريخ المراجعة : تاريخ القبول : ملخص :تعتبر المدرسة تجربة جديدة بالنسبة للطفل وهذا على جميع الأصعد فهو ينتقل من نظام اكتساب المعلومات بكل حرية على مستوى الأسرة إلى نظام يصبح فيه اكتساب المعلومات مؤسس على مجموعة من قواعد التعلم و القوانين كما يمس هذا التغير أيضا المستوى العاطفي فالمدرسة تسبب قطيعة للطفل عن المنزل وتفرض عليه أنماطا جديدة من التكيف كجماعة الرفاق التي من الممكن أن تكون ثقافتها مخالفة لثقافة الوسط المدرسي مما يسبب له سوء التكيف الأمر الذي يؤدي به إلى العزلة أو التسرب المدرسي ويجعله يعيش اغترابا اجتماعيا داخل المجال المدرسي وهذا ما يستوجب استمرار عمل الأسرة حتى بعد دخول الطفل للمدرسة ومساعدتها في خلق التكيف الجيد للطفل وعدم انسحاب الأسرة من حياة الطفل المدرسية ، وتوحيد الجهود بين الأسرة والمدرسة في سبيل توفير المناخ السليم لتعليم وتربية الأبناء ،إضافة إلى التواصل والتفاعل من أجل التأسيس لشراكة فاعلة بينهما، بدل الصراع والتنافر والانغلاق على الذات واتهام الطرف المقابل بالتقصير في مسؤوليته التربوية، فلا يعني كذلك توجه الأبناء للمدرسة تخلي الأسرة عن وظيفتها التربوية وإلقاء كل المسؤولية على عاتق المدرسة، بل لابد من تحقيق التكامل بينهما، وبالتالي نجاح المجتمع في تطوير عملياته التربوية وتكوين أفراد فاعلين داخله بما يضمن استقراره وتطوره الكلمات المفتاحية : الأسرة ؛ المدرسة ؛ الشراكة التربوية ؛ التلميذ ؛ التكامل الوظيفي. Abstract : school is a new experience for the child, and this is at all levels ,as he moves from the system of freely acquiring information at the family level ;the system in which the acquisition of information becomes based on a set of learning rules and laws as it touches .This change is also the emotional level. The child has been cut off from the house and imposed on him new patterns for adaptation ;such as the comrades group ; whose culture may be contrary to the culture of the middle . what is the maladjustment that leads him to isolation or school dropout and makes him live in estrangement by meeting in school money and this is what family work requires the continuation of the family`s work even after the child enters school and assisting them in creating good adaptation for the child and not with drawing the family from the child`s school life ;uniting efforts between the family and the school in order to provide a sound environment for education and parenting ;in addition to communication and interaction for the sake of shares ;effective partnership between them ,instead of conflict ,disharmony and self_isollation ,and the coalescence of the opposite party by defaulting in its educational responsibility ,the children are not directed to the school on the family for its educational function and assign all responsibility to the school , but rather cooperation and integration between them must be achieved , and thus the success of the development of its educational processes and the formation of individuals actors with in it to ensure its stability and development .
