دراسة تحليلية لأثر آليات حوكمة الشركات على الأداء المصرفي (دراسة تطبيقية على البنوك التجارية الجزائرية)

Résumé: This study aimed to examine the extent to witch the commercial banksapply the banking governance mechanisms through the documentary survey of the previous studies, supported by the use of spss16programin order to conduct statistical analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire distributed to the study sample. The study also tried to highlight the impact of the mechanisms of internal and external governance on the financial performance of the Algerian commercial banks by analyzing the financial data through the use of the following indicators: The return rate on assts,the rate of returns on property rights and the rate of return on investment.The study led to several findings: - The algerian commercial banks apply the governance with varing degree of importance. - There is a significant statistical correlation between the mechanisms of governance and the return rate on assets. - There is a significant statistical correlation between the mechanisms of governance and the return rate of returns on property rights. - There is a significant statistical correlation between the mechanisms of governance and the return rate of return on investment. In that light, a number of recommendations were addressed to commercial banks as well as forward-looking and supervisory bodies, in addition to general recommendations.
