الملكية النّفسية في البيئة التّنظيمية.

Résumé: شكّلت الدّراسات التّأسيسية للملكية النّفسية التي أجريت أواخر ثمانينات وبداية تسعينات القرن الماضي منطلقاً للعديد من الأبحاث الإمبريقية اللّاحقة في الموضوع شملت سياقات مختلفة، أبرزها في البيئة التّنظيمية، والتي أكّدت نتائجها على الدّور المهم للملكية كعامل حاسم في تنافسية المنظّمات وأدائها ككل. على هذا الأساس تشكّل هذه الورقة البحثية مدخلاً علمياً للموضوع في البيئة التّنظيمية، نحاول من خلالها بحث بنيته المفاهيمية، مع التّركيز على توضيح جذوره، والأبعاد المشكّلة له، وأهمّية هذا الشّعور في أوساط العاملين، وذلك ببحث المصادر التي تدفع هذا الشّعور وتعزّزه، والآليات المعتمدة في ذلك، أملاً في توجيه الباحثين للاهتمام بالموضوع في البيئة التّنظيمية المحلّية. The founding studies of Psychological Ownership that conducted in the late 1980s and the beginning of the 1990s formed a starting-point for many later empirical research on the topic, which included various contexts, highlighted in the organizational environment, where its results were emphasizing the important role of the ownership as a decisive factor in the competitiveness of the organizations and its performance. On such a basis, this research paper forms a scientific entrance to the topic in the organizational environment; we attempt through it examine its conceptual construct, By focusing on clarifying its root and dimensions, and the importance of this feeling among workers, by examining the sources that motive this feeling and enhancing it and the adopted mechanisms in that, in hopes of drawing researchers' interest on the topic in the local organizational environment.
