السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه محيطها الإقليمي

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة الى معالجة موضوع السياسة الخارجية لدولة تركيا بعد 2003، وذلك عبر طرح الإشكالية التالية: إلى أي مدى يمكن القول أن السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه محيطها الاقليمي بصفة عامة وتجاه ايران بصفة خاصة متسمة بالتعاون؟ للإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية ستتطرق الورقة البحثية الى مبادئ وأهداف السياسة الخارجية التركية وكذا العوامل الداخلية والخارجية التي ساهمت في رسمها وتوجيهها، وتبيان توجهات السياسة الخارجية التركية في محيطها الإقليمي. لنعرج في الأخير على دور السياسة الخارجية التركية نحو ايران من خلال عرض مختلف المراحل التي مرت عليها العلاقة بين البلدين بالإضافة الى واقع وآفاق هذه العلاقة.وفي خاتمة الدراسة استنتجنا أن السياسة الخارجية التركية شهدت تحولا كبيرا منذ وصول الرئيس "أردوغان" إلى الحكم وإتباعه لسياسة تصفير المشكلات وسياسة خارجية متعددة الأبعاد، وسعيها لبلوغ دور إقليمي فعال. Abstract: This study seeks to address Turkey's foreign policy after 2003, by answering the following problem: To what extent can it be said that the Turkish foreign policy is cooperative toword its regional environment and toword Iran in particular? In order to answer this question, the research paper will address the principles and objectives of Turkish foreign policy, as well as the internal and external factors that designed and clarifed the orientations of Turkish foreign policy in its regional environment. Finally, it will review the orientations of Turkish foreign policy towards Iran by presenting the various stages of this relationship, in addition to the reality and prospects of this relationship.And we concluded that Turkish foreign policy has undergone a major transformation since President "Erdogan" came to power and followed a policy of zeroing problems and a multi-dimensional foreign policy, and in order to achieve an effective regional role.
