انعكاسات التطبيع العربي- الإسرائيلي على أمن الدول العربية: دراسة مقارنة بين المملكتين الأردنية والمغربية.

Résumé: تبحث هذه الدراسة في تحليل نتائج وانعكاسات التطبيع العربي الإسرائيلي على أمن الدول العربية مع تحديد كلّا من الأردن والمغرب كحالتين بتوظيف دراسة مقارنة بينهما، الهدف من هذه المقارنة هو تحليل الاختلاف بين مملكة أقرّت التطبيع سابقا منذ بدأ إسرائيل اختراقها المنطقة العربية وبين مملكة أقرّت التطبيع مؤخّرا، وتحليل انعكاسات التطبيع وأوجه التشابه والاختلاف بين الأردن في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والمغرب في شمال إفريقيا. بتوظيف منهج تاريخي يسرد محطّات التوجه العربي نحو التطبيع و منهج القارن، سوف نسعى إلى تحليل دوافع التطبيع وفهم أسبابه سواء من الأطراف العربية أو الطرف الإسرائيلي ، وتهدف الدراسة أيضا إلى التوصل لفهم الأطر النظرية المفسرة لهذه الظاهرة على مستوى العلاقات الدولية، مع الإشارة إلى النتائج و الانعكاسات على أمن كلّ من الأردن والمغرب. This study examines the analysis of the outcomes and implications of Arab-Israeli normalization on the security of Arab states, focusing on Jordan and Morocco as case studies through a comparative analysis between them. The aim of this comparison is to analyze the difference between a kingdom that established normalization earlier when Israel began penetrating the Arab region and a kingdom that recently agreed to normalization. It also seeks to analyze the impacts of normalization and the similarities and differences between Jordan in the Middle East and Morocco in North Africa. By employing a historical approach to outline the milestones of Arab orientation towards normalization and a comparative method, this study aims to analyze the motivations behind normalization and understand its reasons from both the Arab and Israeli sides. Additionally, the study aims to understand the theoretical frameworks explaining this phenomenon in the context of international relations, with reference to the outcomes and implications on the security
