الانعكاسات السوسيوصحية للتحرش الجنسي ضد المرأة المعاقة (الوجه الآخر للعنف الجنسي)

Résumé: إن أهم عملية تشكل ظاهرة تنامي العنف في أوساط النساء وخاصة النساء المعاقات عاملا بازرا ووسيلة مهمة في مسارات التغيرات السوسيوثقفية التي شهدها المجتمع الجزائري .وخاصة بعد التغير الاجتماعي الذي مس المجتمع الجزائري في جميع الميادين، خاصة الاجتماعي، والذي الحق كثير من الشرخ والاختلال في نسقه الاجتماعي، وتعقد الحياة الاجتماعية. وتغير سوسيولوجية الحياة اليومية والتي أصبحت مرادفة لكل معاني التهميش، الإقصاء، النبذ الاجتماعي، التحرش...الخ .ومازاد من استفحال وانتشار هذه الظاهرة هو مجموعة من المحددات الاجتماعية (أسرية واجتماعية وثقافية) جعلت من المرأة بشكل عام والمعاقة بشكل خاص حبيسة هذه المنظومة من العادات والقوانين، مشكلة بكل مخاطرها الوجه الأخر لكل معاني الإقصاء والتهميش والنبذ الاجتماعي. The most important process that constitutes the phenomenon of growing violence among women, especially women with disabilities, is a significant factor and an important means in the paths of the socio-cultural changes witnessed by Algerian society. And change the sociology of daily life, which has become synonymous with all the meanings of marginalization, exclusion, social exclusion, harassment...etc. What increased the exacerbation and spread of this phenomenon is a set of social determinants (family, social and cultural) that made women in general and the disabled in particular imprisoned in this system of customs and laws, forming with all its dangers the other side of all meanings of exclusion, marginalization and social rejection.
