السلطة القمعية لهيئات ضبط النشاط الإقتصادي بالجزائر

Résumé: تعد سلطات ضبط النشاط الاقتصادي آلية من آليات تكريس التوجه الاقتصادي الجديد ( نظام اقتصاد السوق ) ،من خلال تدخل الدولة في المجال الاقتصادي عن طريق ضبط و بسط التناسق بالقطاعات التنافسية، و هو ما دفع لظهور الدور الحديث للدولة " الضابطة للأنشطة الاقتصادية " أي تغيير دور الدولة من الدور السابق كدولة حارسة ، إلى دولة ضابطة تراقب و تضبط الأنشطة الاقتصادية . وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة القمعية لهيئات الضبط الإقتصادي، هذه السلطة التي رافقتها ظاهرة إزالة وصف التجريم على بعض السلوكيات الماسة بالنشاطات الإقتصادية. الكلمات المفتاحية : النشاط الإقتصادي ، العون الإقتصادي ، الضبط – الجزاء الإداري- النظام العام. Summary: The authorities to control economic activity are one of the mechanisms of consolidating the new economic orientation (the market economy system), through the intervention of the state in the economic field by controlling and extending coordination in competitive sectors, which prompted the emergence of the modern role of the state "regulating economic activities", i.e. changing the role of The state changed from the previous role as a guard state, to a controlling state that monitors and controls economic activities. The aim of this study is to study the oppression of the economic control bodies, this authority that was accompanied by the phenomenon of removing the description of criminalization on some behaviors affecting economic activities .
