إقتصاد المعرفة وعلاقته بدور المرأة في ظل التحولات المعرفية بين الحرية في العمل وعراقيل الهيمنة الذكورية داخل الأسرة.

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة خروج المرأة للعمل مما يؤدى إلى حدوث تغيرات عديدة في حياتها على مستوى توزيع الأدوار والمهام داخل الأسرة وخارجها، بالموازاة مع بقاء سيطرة القيم التقليدية التي تُحَمِل المرأة مسؤولياتها التقليدية، وكيف أصحبت حياتها في ظل التحولات المعرفية وتحَمُل القيام بدورين مختلفين بإختلاف المجتمع الذي تنتمي إليه والثقافة التي تحدد سلوكها وأدوارها، وصعوبة تأدية الدورين أوقعها في مشاكل عديدة بين الاستثمار في موروثها الثقافي المعرفي خارج المنزل والهيمنة المفروضة عليها، وقد إستندنا على المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتفسير تأثير الاقتصاد المعرفي المرأة على علمها بين الهيمنة والحرية، وصولا إلى أن الاستقلال الاقتصادي. .Abstract: The current study aimed to shed light on the phenomenon of women going out to work, which leads to many changes in their lives at the level of the distribution of roles and tasks inside and outside the family, in parallel with the persistence of traditional values that hold women traditional responsibilities, and how their life became in light of cognitive transformations and the assumption of two roles Different with the difference in the society to which she belongs and the culture that determines her behavior and roles, and the difficulty of performing the two roles has caused her to face many problems between investing in her cultural heritage of knowledge outside the home and the domination imposed on her. All the way to that economic independence.
