توظيف التكنولوجيا في إدارة العملية الانتخابات

Résumé: تدخل التكنولوجيا في العديد من البلدان في الأنشطة ذات الصلة بالعملية الانتخابية، وفي بعض الحالات تكون أساسية لإجراء الانتخابات، فالتطبيق الصحيح للتكنولوجيا في الانتخابات من الممكن أن يرفع من مستوى الكفاءة الإدارية ويحد من التكلفة المالية ويزيد الشفافية السياسية، وحجم المشاركة السياسية، فالتكنولوجيا التي تم تطويرها خلال القرن العشرين والسنوات الأولى من القرن الحادي والعشرين، وبالأخص تكنولوجيا الحاسوب، قد أحدثت تغييرات جذرية في إدارة الانتخابات وفي طريقة إجراء الانتخابات، فتنظيم الانتخابات الحديثة، في هذه الأيام، يعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على التكنولوجيا، غير ان هذه التطبيقات تختلف من دولة إلى أخرى حسب طبيعة المجتمع وبيئته السياسية والثقافية، فحتى في المجتمعات المتقدمة نشاهد هذا الاختلاف في تطبيق تكنولوجيا العملية الانتخابية. لذلك سوف تسعى هذه الدراسة للبحث في الحقول الأساسية لتكنولوجيا العملية الانتخابية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الانتخابات، تكنولوجيا العملية الانتخابية، النظم الانتخابية، التصويت الإلكتروني. In many countries, technology is involved in activities related to the electoral process ,In some cases, it is essential to hold elections. Proper application of technology in elections can increase administrative efficiency, reduce financial costs, increase political transparency and the extent of political participation. Technology developed during the 20th century and the early years of the 21st century, Has made radical changes in the management of elections and in the way elections are conducted. The organization of modern elections nowadays depends largely on technology, but these applications differ from country to country according to the nature of the society and its environment Political and cultural, even in developed societies we see this difference in the application of the technology of the electoral process.
