الإدارة الالكترونية لتحقيق التطوير التنظيمي في المؤسسة العمومية دراسة ميدانية للديوان الوطني للتطهير بولاية الجلفة.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الادارة الالكترونية في تحقيق التطوير التنظيمي، ملأنا الاستبيان بشكل مستوفى، وقد توصلنا إلى أن هناك فروق في مستوى الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى عينة ، كما أن هناك فروق في مستوى التطوير التنظيمي لدى عينة من عمال موظفي مؤسسة مديرية الديوان الوطني للتطهير بالجلفة. فللإدارة الالكترونية لها أثر في التطوير التنظيمي ذلك أنها استراتيجية تسعى لتطوير ادارة المؤسسة من خلال الاستثمار في نظم وأدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، بغرض توفير النجاح والوضوح والدقة في تقديم الخدمات وانجاز المعاملات، فنموذج الادارة الالكترونية يمثل تحول مفاهيمي ونقلة نوعية في نموذج الخدمة العمومية،وتعمل على فاعلية الإدارة بمختلف المجالات وجاهزيتها This study aims to highlight the role of electronic administration in achieving organizational development, we filled out the questionnaire in a complete manner, and we found that there are differences in the level of electronic management among a sample, and there are differences in the level of organizational development among a sample of workers of the employees of the Directorate of the National Sanitation Office in Djelfa. Electronic management has an impact on organizational development as it is a strategy that seeks to develop the management of the institution by investing in information and communication technology systems and tools, in order to provide success, clarity and accuracy in providing services and completing transactions, the electronic management model represents a conceptual shift and a qualitative shift in the public service model, and works on the effectiveness of management in various fields and its readiness
