تداعيات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على الأمن الغذائي العالمي: دراسة حالتي الجزائر ومصر

Résumé: لقد كان للحرب الرُوسية الأوكرانية تأثيرا كبيرا على مسألة الأمن الغذائي العالمي ، وبخاصة الدول الأكثر فقرا نتيجة تذبذب حركة النقل والشّحن الدوليين ، ممّا أدّى إلى نقص الإمدادات الغذائية وارتفاع أسعار كثير من المواد الغذائية على المستوى العالمي ، ومن ضمن الدول التي تأثّرت بتبعات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية نجد مصر والجزائر ، فكل من هاتين الدولتين دفعتا فاتورة كبيرة في أمنها الغذائي بسبب الغلاء الفاحش الذي عرفته كثير من المنتجات الغذائية بسبب هذه الحرب ، ونتيجة لذلك فقد حاولت هاتين الدولتين التّخفيف من حدّة هذه الأزمة من خلال اتخاذ حزمة من التّدابير لمواجهة تبعات هذه الحرب ، ولتعزيز أمنها الغذائي في المستقبل ، مستفيدة بذلك العديد من الدروس التي تركتها الحرب الرُوسية الأوكرانية The Russo-Ukrainian war has had a major impact on the issue of global food security, , Especially the poorest countries as a result of the fluctuation in international transport and shipping traffic, Which led to a shortage of food supplies and an increase in the prices of many foodstuffs at the global level, AAmong the countries affected by the consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian war, we find Egypt and Algeria, Each of these two countries paid a large bill for their food security due to the extreme high prices experienced by many food products due to this war. As a result, these two countries tried to alleviate the severity of this crisis by taking a package of measures to confront the consequences of this war.
