Résumé: إن كل ما تقوم به المؤسسات القضائية(المحكمة العليا ،المجالس القضائية المحاكم... ) المتواجدة عبر ولايات الجزائر ، من نشاطات وأعمال يومية ينجر عنها إنتاج كم هائل من الوثائق المتنوعة الأشكال والأصناف التي تعتبر المرآة العاكسة لما إصطلح على تسميته بالأرشيف القضائي. يعد الأرشيف القضائي من أهم الأرشيفات من حيث المحتوى والفترات الزمنية التي يغطيها ؛ يلجأ إليه الأفراد والمؤسسات لإثبات حقوقهم وممتلكاتهم .كما أنه يعتبر مصدرًا مفيدًا جدًا لتاريخ القانون، ويقدم وجهات نظر مثيرة للإهتمام لعلم الاجتماع والأنثروبولوجيا التاريخية وللإقتصاد وحتى للسياسة. وعلى هذا الأساس حضي الأرشيف القضائي بإهتمام دول العالم فسنت له القوانين لتبيان طريقة تسييره وحفظه. من أجل صون الذاكرة المؤسسية والمعارف الجوهرية . من هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على الأرشيف القضائي من خلال التعريف بمكوناته وأصنافه وإبراز أهميته في البحث العلمي. All the daily activities and actions carried out by the judicial institutions (the Supreme Court, the Judicial Councils, the Courts...) located across the states of Algeria, lead to the production of a huge number of documents of various shapes and types. Which is the mirror reflecting what has been termed the judicial archive The Judicial Archive is one of the most important archives in terms of content and the time periods it covers. It is used by individuals and institutions to establish their rights and property. It is also a very useful source for the history of law, providing interesting perspectives for sociology or historical anthropology, economics and even politics. On this basis, the judicial archive attracted the attention of the countries of the world, so laws were enacted for it to show the way it is managed and preserved, in order to preserve institutional memory and essential knowledge Hence, this study came to shed light on the judicial archive by introducing its components and types, and highlighting its importance in scientific research. judicial archive, judicial documents, judicial system, courts, judicial institutions
