النوافذ الإسلامية وأثرها على أداء البنوك التقليديةدراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري (bna)-وكالة مغنية.

Résumé: ملخص إن فتح النوافذ الإسلامية في البنوك التقليدية يعد خطوة هامة وإيجابية في استقطاب العملاء الراغبين في التعامل بما يتطابق مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية من جهة، وأيضا تحقيق الأرباح و تحسين الأداء البنكي من جهة أخرى. وفي هذا البحث قمنا بدراسة مدى تأثير خدمات النوافذ الإسلامية على أداء البنوك التقليدية – دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري BNA -وكالة مغنية-، وذلك بالاعتماد على توزيع استمارةالاستبيان على مجموعة من الموظفين، ودراستها باستعمال برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS، ومن نتائج الارتباط الثنائي بين تطبيق خدمات النوافذ الإسلامية والأداء البنكي في مؤسسة BNA. يتضح وجود علاقة بينهما حيث إن معامل Spearman=58,4% مع مستوى ذو دلالة إحصائيةSig=0.007. وبالتالي نستنتج من خلال ما ذكر أنه يوجد تأثير إيجابي للنوافذ الإسلامية على أداء البنوك التقليدية في البنك الوطني الجزائري BNA -مغنية-، وهذاما يدل على نجاح النوافذ الإسلامية في استقطاب العملاء، وتحقيق الأرباح، وبالتالي تحسين الأداء البنكي. Summary The opening of Islamic windows in traditional banks is an important and positive step in attracting customers wishing to deal with the provisions of Islamic sharia on the one hand, as well as making profits and improving bank performance on the other. In this research, we studied the impact of Islamic window services on traditional banks - the case study of the Algerian National Bank BNA - maghnia agency - by relying on the distribution of the questionnaire form to a group of employees, and studying it using the SPSS statistical analysis program, and the results of the bilateral link between the application of Islamic window services and bank performance at BNA. The relationship between them is evident as the Spearman coefficient = 58,4% with a level of statistical significance Sig = 0.007. Thus, we conclude by stating that there is a positive impact of Islamic windows on the performance of the traditional banks of the Algerian National Bank BNA – maghnia. This demonstrates the success of Islamic windows in attracting customers, making profits, and thus improving bank performance.
