المناخ المدرسي وعلاقته بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على مستوى المناخ المدرسي،ومستوى الالتزام التنظيمي،والتعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى المناخ المدرسي والالتزام التنظيمي لدى اساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية،واستخدام الطالب المنهج الوصفي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة،وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 70 أستاذ،واعتمد الطالب على مقياسين:مقياس المناخ المدرسي ومقياس الالتزام التنظيمي،وتم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (ث) لعينة ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون،وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى المناخ المدرسي مرتفع،و مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى اساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية مرتفع،ولا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين مستوى المناخ المدرسي ومستوى الالتزام التنظيمي من وجهة نظر اساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية،وتوجد علاقة بين المناخ المدرسي وبعد الالتزام العاطفي،ووجود علاقة كذلك بين المناخ المدرسي وبعد الالتزام المعياري،ولا توجد علاقة بين المناخ المدرسي وبعد الالتزام الاستمراري من وجهة نظر اساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية .The study aimed to reveal the level of school climate, the level of organizational commitment, and to identify the relationship between the level of school climate and organizational commitment among teachers of physical education and sports, and the student used the descriptive approach to verify the hypotheses of the study. The study sample consisted of 70 teachers, and the student relied on two scales: a scale school climate and a measure of organizational commitment ,the data were processed statistically by the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, test (w) for a sample, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The point of view of teachers of physical and sports education, and there is a relationship between the school climate and the dimension of emotional commitment, and there is also a relationship between the school climate and the dimension of normative commitment, and there is no relationship between the school climate and the dimension of continuous commitment from the point of view of teachers of physical education and sports.
