استراتيجيات شركات التأمين التكافلي في تمكين الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في الجزائر (مؤسسة سلامة للتأمينات نموذجاً)

Résumé: تُعد الصناعة المالية الإسلامية أحد أعمدة المنظومة الاقتصادية التي تسعى إلى تطوير منتجاتها بمعايير وآليات تعكس خصوصية المنهج المتبع في تعاملاتها، إلا أن الصناعة المالية لابد وأن تفرز تبايناً في الأفكار والمنهج كلما اتسعت دائرة العلاقات المالية، وتنوعت الأساليب الاستثمارية، مما يفتح المجال واسعاً للتمويل والمخاطر، وهنا يبرز دور شركات التأمين التكافلي كآلية من آليات دعم الصناعة المالية الإسلامية، على غرار المصارف الإسلامية، وصناديق الاستثمار الإسلامية، وسوق الأوراق المالية الإسلامية. مما سبق جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية من أجل الإلمام بواقع الصناعة المالية في الجزائر وحصر العوائق القانونية التي تعرقل تطورها، مع استعراض آليات صناعة التأمين التكافلي واستراتيجياتها في دعم الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في الجزائر. The Islamic financial industry is one of the pillars of the economic system which seeks to develop its products through standards, controls and mechanisms that reflect the distinguished privacy of the approach followed in its dealings. However, financial industries must reveal variations in ideas and approach when the financial relationship circle is widened and the investment means are varied., which opens a wide field for financing and risks. Here, the role of Takaful insurance companies emerges as a mechanism to support the Islamic financial industry, similar to Islamic banks, Islamic investment funds, and the Islamic stock market. In the light of the above, this research paper came to reflect the reality of Islamic financial industry in Algeria and to identify the legal obstacles which hinder its development, in addition to present Takaful insurance industry and its strategies in supporting Islamic financial industry in Algeria
