المغالطة وقوانين الخطاب (دراسة تطبيقية لمنتخبات من كتاب الأذكياء لابن الجوزي)

Résumé: تعد المغالطة تعميقا للدراسات الحجاجية التي لا قت اهتماما كبيرا من لدن الدارسين في عصر التواصل الذي نعيشه اليوم، خاصة في بعدها التداولي، فبإمكان المغالط استغلال خواص اللغة وقواعد الخطاب التي أرسى معالمها ثلة من فلاسفة اللغة العادية، في بناء مغالطات محكمة. وستسعى هذه الدراسة للكشف عن هذه الأساليب المغالطية في علاقتها بقوانين الخطاب التداولية، وذلك بالاستناد إلى منتخبات تطبيقية مختارة من كتاب الأذكياء لابن الجوزي التي مثلت في اعتقادنا نموذجا عن اللغة العادية التي اعتمدت في التداولية الحوارية. فماهي المغالطة؟ وكيف يتم بناؤها اعتمادا على قوانين الخطاب؟ The fallacy is a deepening of theargumentationstudies that have attracted greatattention Of the learners in the era of communication that we live in today, especially in its pragmatic dimension, It is possible for the fallacious to usethe characteristics of language and the rules of speech laid down by a group ofphilosophers of ordinary language, in the construction of the fallacies Court.
