Résumé: يعتبر محمد صوالح بن معمر أحد الشّخصيات التاريخية المغمورة من منطقة تيارت ، حيث كان من بين أعضاء النخبة المطوّرة في الفترة الاستعمارية ، وقد استفاد من التعليم الفرنسي واستطاع الاحتكاك بكبار الأستاذة الفرنسيين ، نال شهادة الباكالوريا في 1894 ، ثم عمل مترجما قضائيا، واستطاع الحصول على دكتوراه الآداب و هو أوّل من نال شهادة التبريز في 1910، كما شغل منصب أستاذ للتعليم الثانوي في المدرسة العليا للتجارة والمعهد الزراعي في الجزائر ، كما كان مترجما وصحفيا أسّس بعض الجرائد التي كانت معروفة في ذلك الوقت كالمستقبل الجزائري والنصيح ، وكان عضوا نشيطا في حركة الشبان الجزائريين إلى جانب ابن ثامي ، عرف بإسهاماته العلمية في مجال التعليم حيث ألف عشرات الكتب حول التعليم الأهلي وتعليم اللغة العربية ، إلى جانب اهتمامه الفكري بوسائل تطوير المجتمع الجزائري ، وسنحاول من خلال ورقتنا هذه الإحاطة بالإسهامات الثقافية والعلمية لهذه الشخصية المغمورة في التاريخ Mohammed Soualah bin Muammar is considered one of the famous historical figures from the Tiaret region,where he was among the members the elite developed in the colonial period , and he benefited from French education and was able to interact with the elders of the French professor , he obtained his baccalaueate degree in 1894 , then a judicial translator and was able to obtain a doctorate in literature and the first to obtain a certificate of Tabriz in 1910, he also held the position of secondary education at the Higher School of Commerce the Agricultural Institute in Algeria , as well as a translator and journalist, founded some newspapers that were know at that time , such as the Algerian Mustaqbal and the Nasih , and he was an active member of the Algerian youth movement alongside Ibn Tami, In addition to his intellectual interest in the mechanisme of developing Algerian society, and through this paper , he will try to Briefing on problem centered on the cultural and scientific contributions of this ubiquitous figure in history
