دور أنماط القيادة الإدارية المعاصرة في تدعيم سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية دارسة حالة ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري-غارداية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أنماط القيادة الإدارية المعاصرة (نمط القيادة التحويلية، نمط القيادة التبادلية، نمط القيادة الأخلاقية، نمط القيادة بالذكاء العاطفي ) ومدى دعمها لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى موظفي ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بغارداية، وقد اعتمد الطالب في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وعلى الإستبيان كأداة للدراسة لجمع البيانات .وكان مجتمع الدراسة مكون من الموظفين الإداريين والتقنيين لديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري -بغارداية البالغ عددهم ( 231 ) موظف، وشملت عينة الدراسة ) 66 ( موظف .وقد أظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج منها، تفوق نمط القيادة التحويلية، يليه نمط القيادة الأخلاقية، ثم نمط القيادة بالذكاء العاطفي واخيرا نمط القيادة التبادلية .ووجود درجة ممارسة مرتفعة لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى الموظفين ،كما أظهرت الدراسة أيضا وجود تأثير كبير لنمط القيادة التحويلية، ونمط القيادة الأخلاقية ، وكذا نمط القيادة بالذكاء العاطفي على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية ،بينما هناك شبه غياب لتأثير نمط القيادة التبادلية على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية . كما أثبتت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية اتجاه أنماط القيادة الإدارية، وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية تُعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية )سنوات الخدمة ، العمر ، و الجنس( وعدم وجود فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية تعزى الى The aim of this study was to identify the types of Modern Administrative Leadership styles (transformational Leadership, exchange Leadership, ethical leadership, emotional intelligence Leadership) and the extent of its support for the behavior of organizational citizenship of the Real Estate Promotion and Management Agency in Ghardaia . The researcher in this study relied on descriptive and questionnaires as methods of data collection. This study included (132) employees of the Real Estate Promotion and Management Agency, this study has (66 sample) employees, and showed many results, first transformational Leadership Followed by the pattern of ethical leadership, then the style of leadership with emotional intelligence and finally the pattern of exchange leadership, and the high degree of organizational citizenship behavior among employees. The study also showed a significant impact of transformational Leadership, ethical leadership and emotional intelligence Leadership, While there is almost no absence of the influence of the pattern of exchange leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The study also showed statistically significant differences in administrative leadership patterns and organizational citizenship behavior due to personal variables (years of service, age, gender), and the absence of statistically significant differences due to (Career Level, scientific qualification) One of the most important recommendations of the study is to promote the practice of transformational, moral, emotional, and Take corrective action exchange leadership. And to make more efforts to select the appropriate administrative leaders in accordance with fair and objective rules and standards. And to maintain the high degree of practice of organizational citizenship behavior among administrative and technical administrators and rationing by providing moral incentives.
