التأديب والعقاب عند ابن تومرت من خلال كتاب أخبار المهدي للبيذق (ت555ه؟).

Résumé: إنّ دولة الموحدين على غرار أيّة دولة كُتب لها القيام والصمود أمام المحن العاصفة بها، نجد لها نظاما عقابيا يحمي كيانها ويُقَوي شوكتها، ففي محاولة لفهم طبيعة النظام العقابي التأديبي لدى مؤسس دولة الموحدين "ابن تومرت" (ت524ه/1130م)، حاولنا استنطاق كتاب "أخبار المهدي" لمؤلفه "البيذق" (ت555ه؟/1160م؟)، والذي يُعدّ من أوائل المصادر الّتي أمدتنا بوافر المعلومة عن منطلقات دولة الموحدين، متتبعين في ذلك كل ملمح يمدُّ للعقاب أو التأديب بصلة، ومتوخين جمّ المحاذير الّتي من شأنها تحصين البحث من منزلق الرؤية الأحادية. As each country destined for her to withstand adversity we find out that it has a punitive system that protects and strengthens its entity. And in an attempt to understand the nature of the disciplinary system of the founder of the Muhammadan State Ibn Tumart we tried to study EL Mehdi book by its author AL- Bydaq which is one of the first source that provided us with information about the starting points of the Muhammadan State ; following up on any incident related to punishment and discipline avoiding falling into the trap of historian's ideologies.
