العمل النقابي ومهامه الاقتصادية والاجتماعية

Résumé: كانت نشأة الحركات النقابية متزامنة وتطور الأنظمة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المتعاقبة والتي عرفها المجتمع البشري بعد الثورة الصناعية ويتجلى ذلك من خلال تحليل فكري لباحثين في الحقل السوسيولوجي خاصة ، بربط التحولات الاجتماعية بعلاقات العمل وبالصراع الطبقي ،في العصر الحديث بداية القران الثامن عشر الميلادي ، فرض عليها تحولات جذرية في علاقاته، بداية الانتقال من العبودية الإقطاعية إلى النظام الرأسمالي الذي يتطلب طبقة عاملة ماهرة ، تتوفر على مستويات من الوعي والتأهيل لاستعمال التقنيات الحديثة ، وكان بذلك نموا للحركة العمالية والنقابية . إن النضال النقابي هو العمود الفقري للحركة العمالية لدى أغلب المجتمعات الصناعية و الرأسمالية في عصرها الحديث ، فلقد ساهم العمل النقابي في تحقيق غاية التحسين من الظروف المادية و الاجتماعية في محيط العمل و بلورة الفكر المطلبي للطبقة العمالية ، ومحاولة توجيهه للتخلص من التهميش الاجتماعي و التمايز الطبقي ، وصولا نحو هدف المشاركة في التسيير واتخاذ القرار على المستوى إدارة المؤسسة ، كما خطت الحركة العمالية مراحل هامة من تاريخها النضالي اكتسبها الشرعية بنصوص ومواثيق ومراسيم قانونية تدعو لحماية العامل ولصيانته الحق في الحرية النقابية . RESUME The emersion of syndicate movements was concurrent with the development of the successive economic and social systems that Algerian society knew after the industrial revolution , and this shows through intellectual analysis of sociologists especially to connect social changes with work relations and class struggle . In the beginning of 18 th century , it imposed on them some radical changes in its relations , the first transition from feudal slavery to capital system that needs working and skillful social category that has high levels of consciousness and qualifications to use modern techniques ;thereby, this was an evolution of the movement of workers and syndicates . The syndicate system is the backbone of work-movement of most of industrial and capitalistic communities in their modern time . It had contributed in improving financial and social conditions in work environment , forming the demanding thought in working class and trying to direct it to get rid of social rejection and class discrimination , all the way to make the administration of the institution participate in propulsion and the process of making the decision . Also, work-movement supassed important stages of its strifeful history that made it gain legitimacy with texts , covenants ,and juristic decrees to protect the worker and maintain his right of syndicate freedom
