الأحكام الناظمة لتأمين التعطل عن العمل وفقا للتشريع الأردني

Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر التعطل عن العمل من أهم الأخطار التي تواجه المؤمن عليهم العاملين في المنشآت ، والذي يفقدهم مصدر رزقهم ويعرضهم للحاجة والعوز, ولأجل ذلك تدخل المشرع الأردني وقام بتنظيم تأمين التعطل عن العمل في قانون الضمان الاجتماعي رقم (1) لسنة 2014. تأتي هذه الدراسة لتوضح المقصود بالتعطل عن العمل والشروط الواجب توفرها في المتعطل ومصادر تمويل هذا التأمين، وتطرقت هذه الدراسة لشروط استحقاق بدل التعطل عن العمل وأحكامه وكيفية احتساب بدل التعطل، وخرجت هذه الدراسة بعدة توصيات من أهمها ضرورة أن يعيد المشرع الأردني النظر في عدم شمول العاملين في الدوائر الحكومية والمؤسسات الرسمية والعامة بأحكام تأمين التعطل عن العمل. Abstract: Unemployment is considered one of the most important risks faced by insured persons working in enterprises, who lose their source of income and provide them with need and need. For this reason, the Jordanian legislator intervenes and regulates unemployment insurance in Social Security Law No. (1) of 2014. This study aims at clarifying the meaning of the work interruption and the conditions that must be provided in the unemployed and the sources of funding of this insurance. The study discussed the conditions of entitlement to unemployment allowance and its provisions and how to calculate the unemployment allowance.
