دور التقارير المالية المرحلية في تحقيق جودة المعلومات المحاسبية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إظهار دور التقارير المالية المرحلية في تحقيق جودة المعلومات المحاسبية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، من خلال التعرف على مفهوم وأهداف التقارير المالية المرحلية ومعرفة أهم الطرق التي يتم بها إعداد هذه الاخيرة، وتوضيح أهمية التقارير المالية المرحلية في تحقيق موثوقية وملائمة المعلومات المحاسبية، ومعرفة مساهمة التقارير المالية المرحلية في تقديم معلومات قابلة للمقارنة وقابلة للفهم، ومن اجل الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي في دراسة حالة في مؤسسة اقتصادية بحاسي مسعود ذات طابع خدماتي في قطاع المحروقات "المؤسسة الجزائرية لتحفيز وتدعيم وتكسير أبار النفط""ALSCIF EX BJSP"، وتم الاعتماد على التقارير المالية المرحلية الثلاثية لسنة المالية 2023، من اجل عرض الوضعية المالية المرحلية وتحليلها ومقارنتها بالتقارير المالية السنوية وحساب بعض الانحرافات التي تثبت صحة الفرضيات، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج من بينها أن التقارير المالية المرحلية لها دور في تحقيق جودة المعلومات المحاسبية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة نشر التقارير المالية المرحلية كاملة مرفق بها جميع الإيضاحات التفسيرية المرفقة، فضلا عن احتوائها على جميع المعلومات المحاسبية. Abstract: The study aimed to show the role of interim financial reports in achieving the quality of accounting information in an economic institution, by identifying the concept and objectives of interim financial reports and knowing the main ways in which they are prepared, clarifying the importance of interim financial reports in achieving the reliability and adequacy of accounting information, and by knowing their contribution in the supply of comparable and comprehensible information.In order to answer the problematic of the study, the descriptive and analytical method was adopted in a case study represented in an economic service-sector hydrocarbons institution in Hassi Messaoud ‘Algerian Corporation for Stimulating, Supporting and Fracking Oil Wells’ ‘ALSCIF EX BJSP’, our study was based on the three interim financial reports for the fiscal year 2023, in order to present the interim financial situation, analyse it and compare it with the annual financial reports and calculate some deviations that prove the validity of the hypotheses, the study reached the results including the fact that interim financial reports have a role in achieving the quality of accounting information in the economic institution, and recommended that interim financial reports should be fully published with all accompanying explanatory illustrations, as well as containing all the accounting information
