L’analyse Des Big Data Pour Les Villes Intelligentes

Résumé: The emergence of smart cities aims in one to solve the problems posed by the continuous development of urbanization and the increasing density of the population in cities. To address these challenges, governments and policymakers are undertaking smart city projects aimed at sustainable economic growth and improved quality of life for residents and visitors alike. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is the main technology for developing cities. Big data refers to the vast amount of information generated from various sources, such as sensors, social media, and internet of things (IoT) devices. Extracting hidden information and correlations from Big Data is a growing trend in information systems aimed at providing better services to citizens and supporting decision-making processes. But, to extract useful information for the development of smart services in the city, the datasets must be generated, integrated, and analyzed in a smart system. This process is generally referred to as big data analysis. In this thesis, we use big data technologies and methods to support the development and operation of smart cities. This integration of big data and smart cities enables cities to collect and analyze vast amounts of data from various sources to make in- formed decisions and optimize their operations. يهدف ظهور المدن الذكية إلى حل أحد المشكلات التي يطرحها التطور المستمر للتوسع العمراني وزيادة الكثافة السكانية في المدن لمواجهة هذه التحديات، تقوم الحكومات وصناع القرار بتنفيذ مشاريع المدن الذكية التي تهدف إلى النمو الاقتصادي المستدام وتحسين نوعية الحياة للمقيمين والزوار على حد سواء. تعتبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) هي التكنولوجيا الرئيسية لتطوير المدن. تشير البيانات الضخمة إلى الكم الهائل من المعلومات المتولدة من مصادر مختلفة ، مثل أجهزة الاستشعار ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأجهزة إنترنت الأشياء (IoT) . يعد استخراج المعلومات والارتباطات المخفية من البيانات الضخمة اتجاها متزايدًا في أنظمة المعلومات . تهدف إلى تقديم خدمات أفضل للمواطنين ودعم عمليات صنع القرار. ولكن لاستخراج معلومات مفيدة لتطوير الخدمات الذكية في المدينة ، يجب إنشاء مجموعات البيانات ودمجها وتحليلها في نظام ذكي . يشار إلى هذه العملية عمومًا باسم تحليل البيانات الضخمة في هذه الأطروحة ، نستخدم تقنيات وطرق البيانات الضخمة لدعم تطوير وتشغيل المدن الذكية. هذا التكامل بين البيانات الضخمة والمدن الذكية يمكن المدن من جمع ونـ وتحليل كميات هائلة من البيانات من مصادر مختلفة لاتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة وتحسين عملياتها
