التنوع الثقافي في الجزائر ، مبرراته و أهم تجلياته

Résumé: يشير مفهوم التنوع الثقافي إلى وجود ثقافات متنوعة داخل المجتمع الواحد، والجزائر واحدة من بلدان العالم التي تجلى فيها التنوع وبشكل واضح نتيجة لأسباب تاريخية وأخرى اجتماعية نمت و تطورت عبر العصور و تبلورت عنها تعددية ثقافية ثرية تمظهرت في مجالات عدة أهمها التنوع اللغوي و مجال الفنون والموسيقى و كذا العادات و التقاليد. والتنوع الثقافي ركيزة أساسية وتراث مشترك بين الإنسانية جميعا بل هو مصدر للإبداع و التجديد ناهيك عن كونه معززا للوحدة الوطنية ولثقافة الاختلاف التي جبلت عليها الطبيعة البشرية لذا تحاول الجزائر الاستثمار فيه لخلق حوار فعال و تنمية تعود بالنفع على الفرد و المجتمع. Abstract: The concept of cultural diversity refers to the existence of diverse cultures within the same society, and Algeria is one of the countries of the world where diversity is evident, due to historical and social reasons that have grown and developed over the ages and crystallized a rich cultural pluralism manifested in many fields, the most important of which are linguistic diversity and the field of arts and music as well as customs and traditions. Cultural diversity is a fundamental pillar and a common heritage for all humankind. It is a source of creativity and renewal, not to mention a reinforcement of national unity and the culture of difference, which humankind has undergone. Algeria is therefore trying to invest in it to create effective dialog and development that benefit the individual and society.
