Résumé: ملخص: الحقيقة المؤلمة حول تاريخ الجزائر القديمة و بلاد المغرب القديم أنه لم يكتبه سكانها شمال افريقيا الأصلييين، ورغم نجاح بلداننا في فترات متقاربة من تحقيق استقلالها، غير أنه طيلة الاستعمار وربما بعده بعقود كتبه المستعمر بأقلام مفكريه وباحثيه ومؤرخيه، إذ أصبحنا اليوم نتعرّف على( تاريخنا) من خلال ما يقولونه حول ماضينا القديم ، وبواسطتين، فنراهم تارة من خلال أنظار القرطاجيّين، وتارة أخرى من خلال أنظار الرّومان، وكان لذاك بصمات عميقة ، من هذا المنطلق نحاول في مقالنا هذه أن نعرض الكتابة التاريخية لبلادنا من وجهة نظرهم وقد أخترنا عينة مهمة من الكتاب المستشرقين وهو شارل أندري جوليان. Abstract: The painful truth about the history of ancient Algeria and the ancient Maghreb is that it was not written by its indigenous North Africans, and despite the success of our countries in close periods of achieving their independence, it was throughout colonialism and perhaps decades after that that the colonizer wrote with the pens of his thinkers, as today we get to know (our history) through what they say About our ancient past, and by two means, so we see them sometimes through the eyes of the Carthaginians, and at other times through the eyes of the Romans, and that had deep imprints, from this standpoint we try in this article to present the historical writing of our country from their point of view, and we have chosen an important sample of orientalist writers, which is Charles Andre julian.
