Résumé: This study aims to address the microloan applied in the National Agency for microloan management, to finance small and medium-sized enterprises, and in order to achieve the success of such loans and achieve results that show us through the field study of the National Agency for microloan management for the state of ANGEM DE MEDEA from the period between )2005(, the date of establishment of the agency until /05/152023, following the descriptive analytical approach, we have concluded that the agency has contributed significantly to reduce the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and achieving economic integration of marginalized groups and women staying at home to create and provide innovation and creativity and achieve the desired goals Access to it .
