الذكاء الوجداني لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي المتزوجين وغير المتزوجين (دراسة ميدانية) Emotional Intelligence Of Married And Unmarried Secondary School Teachers (a Field Steudy)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على"الذكاء الوجداني لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي المتزوجين وغير المتزوجين" من حيث مستوى الذكاء الوجداني والفروق في هذا الاخير. وذلك بثانويات سعد دحلب بتيميمون، المجاهد القروط بأدرار، الشيخ بن عبدالكريم المغيليي بأدرار. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، ومقياس الذكاء الوجداني لـ "با-آون و باركر" على عينة قوامها 50 أستاذاً وأستاذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وتم التحليل الكمي والكيفي للبيانات تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - يتمتع معظم أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمستوى معتدل من الذكاء الوجداني.. - الحالة الاجتماعية لا تؤدي إلى فروقات معنوية في الذكاء الوجداني بين أساتذة التعليم الثانوي The objective of the current study is to determine the emotional intelligence of married and single secondary school teachers, as well as any disparities in emotional intelligence. This was done in Saad Dahlab Secondary School in Timimoun, Al-Mujahid Al-Qarout in Adrar, and Sheikh bin Abdul Karim Al-Maghili in Adrar. The emotional intelligence scale of "Bar-On and Parker" was administered to a sample of fifty randomly chosen male and female instructors in order to accomplish this purpose. Both quantitative and qualitative data analysis was done. The descriptive technique was employed. The following conclusions were drawn: - Most teachers of Secondary Education have a moderate level of Affective intelligence. - Marital status does not lead to significant differences in emotional intelligence among secondary school teachers.
