Résumé: This study aims at a visual knowledge to the university elite of the electronic press as well as knowing of the implications that are arising from browsing on newspaper journalism where we posed the research question exemplified in what are the implications of elite of kasdi merbah to the electronic press in Ouargla on their reading to the news paper journalism and resulted from the main question which was queries considered as a panellist in field of study as for the curriculum that that was adopted in the study is exemplified in the survey description curriculum through sample surveys where we meant teachers who browser electronic press from the department of human and social sciences in Kasdi Merbah in Ouargla.
