"دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي - دراسة حالة مديرية التربية لولاية الوادي 2024- "
Résumé: " هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين الاداء المؤسسي لمديرية التربية بولاية الوادي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت متغيرات الدراسة في ابعاد التحول الرقمي) البعد التنظيمي والبعد التكنولوجي والبعد البيئي) وتحسين الاداء المؤسسي. وتم الإعتماد على الإستبانة كآداة لجمع البيانات ومن أجل معالجة وتحليل البيانات تم الإستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (Spss v22)، وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - يلعب التحول الرقمي دورا هاما في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي مديرية التربية بولاية الوادي عند مستوى دلالة (0.05). - يلعب بعد التنظيمي دورا هاما في تحسين الاداء المؤسسي لمديرية التربية بولاية الوادي عند مستوى دلالة (0.05). - يلعب بعد البيئي في تحسين الآداء المؤسسي لمديرية التربية بولاية الوادي عند مستوى دلالة (0.05). - يلعب البعد التكنولوجي في تحسين الاداء المؤسسي لمديرية التربية بولاية الوادي عند مستوى دلالة (0.05). " "This study aimed to test the relationship between digital transformation and improving institutional performance for employees of the Directorate of Education in El Oued State, through research on how digital transformation affects and improves institutional performance. A questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting data, and in order to process and analyze the data, the statistical package program (Spss) was used. A set of results were reached, the most important of which are: - There is a statistically significant effect between digital transformation and improving the institutional performance of employees of the Directorate of Education in El Oued State at a significance level of 0.05. - There is a statistically significant effect between the organizational dimension and improving the institutional performance of employees of the Directorate of Education in El Oued State at a significance level of 0.05. - There is a statistically significant effect between the work environment dimension and improving the institutional performance of employees of the Directorate of Education in El Oued State at a significance level of 0.05. - There is a statistically significant effect between the technological dimension and improving the institutional performance of the employees of the Directorate of Education in El Oued State at a significance level of 0.05.
