الهَنْدَسَةُ المَالِيَّةُ الإسْلاَمِيَةُ حَقِيقَتُهَا وَضَوَابِطُهَا

Résumé: ملخص: يتناول هذا البحث حقيقة الهندسة المالية الإسلامية وضوابطها، وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة. أما المقدمة: فقد ذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وأهداف البحث، وأسئلة البحث، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وخطته. وأما المبحث الأول خصص حقيقة الهندسة المالية الإسلامية، وأهدافها، أما المبحث الثاني فاهتم ببيان ضوابط الهندسة المالية الإسلامية، وقد خلص البحث إلى أنّ الهندسة المالية الإسلامية عبارة عن: مجموعة الأنشطة التي تتضمن عمليات التصميم والتطوير والتنفيذ لكل من الأدوات والعمليات المالية المبتكرة، بالإضافة إلى صياغة حلول إبداعية لمشاكل التمويل، وكل ذلك في إطار موجهات الشرع الحنيف، وأن الصناعة المالية الإسلامية تهدف إلى إيجاد منتجات وأدوات مالية تجمع بين المصداقية الشرعية والكفاءة الاقتصادية. فالمصداقية الشرعية هي الأساس في كونها إسلامية، والكفاءة الاقتصادية هي الأساس في قدرتها على تلبية الاحتياجات الاقتصادية ومنافسة الأدوات التقليدية. كلمات مفتاحية: الهندسة المالية، الإسلامية، حقيقتها، ضوابطها، المهندس المالي. Abstract: This research deals with the reality of Islamic financial engineering and its controls. The research came in an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. As for the introduction: it mentioned the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it, research objectives, research questions, previous studies, research methodology and plan. As for the first topic, it devoted the reality of Islamic financial engineering, and its objectives, while the second topic concerned itself with the statement of the controls of Islamic financial engineering. Creative solutions to financing problems, all within the framework of the directives of Sharia, and that the Islamic financial industry aims to find financial products and tools that combine Sharia credibility and economic efficiency. Sharia credibility is the basis for being Islamic, and economic efficiency is the basis for its ability to meet economic needs and compete with traditional tools.
