Résumé: عرفت الثقافة الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني عموما والقرن السابع عشر انتشارا واسعا للعلوم الإسلامية خاصة الفقه المالكي والتوحيد والحديث الشريف إلى جانب علوم اللغة العربية وآدابها، وبرز علماء كبار ميّزوا القرن 11هـ ـ / 17 م عن غيره من قرون العهد العثماني، وشهد لهم علماء المغرب والمشرق بالكفاءة العلمية كان من أبرزهم سعيد قدّورة، عبد الكريم الفكّون، الأنصاري السجلماسي، ومنهم هاجروا للمشرق العربي وصاروا مرجعيات شرعية ولغوية مثل أحمد المقّري، عيسى الثعالبي ويحي الشاوي النائلي. During the Ottoman period in Algeria, particularly in the 17th century, there was a widespread dissemination of Islamic sciences, especially Maliki jurisprudence, theology, and Hadith, alongside Arabic language and literature. Prominent scholars distinguished the 11th century AH / 17th century AD from other centuries of the Ottoman era. Scholars from both the Maghreb and the Mashreq recognized their scientific competence. Among the most notable were Saeed Qaddoura, Abdul Karim al-Fakkoun, and Al-Ansari al-Sijlmassi. Some migrated to the Arab East and became authoritative figures in jurisprudence and linguistics, such as Ahmed al-Maqri, Issa al-Thaalibi, and Yahya al-Shawi al-Naili.
