أثر الإبداع على تطوير الكفاءات في المؤسسة باستخدام النمذجة بالمعدلات الهيكلية (دراسة حالة المؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه وحدة بشار)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر الابداع في تطوير كفاءات الافراد داخل المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال معرفة أثر مستويات الابداع الثلاثة الاساسية والتي تعد ركيزة الأفكار الجديدة وكيف تساهم في صقل المهارات والكفاءات داخل المؤسسة. اجريت الدراسة في المؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه وحدة بشار على عينة قدرت ب 65 مفردة وهذا بغرض تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة باعتماد النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية عن طريق استخدام برنامج Amos وتمت الدراسة في السداسي الأول لسنة 2021 . أكدت الدراسة على وجود اثر ايجابي للابداع على مستوى الفرد أو الجماعة في تطوير الكفاءات داخل المؤسسة. Abstract: This study aimed to measure the effect of creativity in developing the competencies of individuals within enterprise, by clarifying the impact of the three basic levels of creativity. These levels represent the basis for new ideas and how they contribute to the refinement of skills and competencies within the organization. The study was conducted at the Algerian water corporation; unit of Bachar on a sample estimated at 65. This is for the purpose of determining the nature of the relationship between the variables of the study by applying Structural Equations Modeling using Amos program. The study was conducted in the first semester of the year 2021. The study confirmed the existence of a positive impact of creativity at the individual or group level in developing competencies within the enterprise.
