Résumé: ملخص: يتمحور المقال حول دراسة الخطاب عند علم من أعلام الفكر الاصلاحي في الجزائر، ولا سيما في ما قدمه الرجل من جهود علمية مضنية في دراسة الخطاب القرآني ومحاولة فهمه ونشر علومه رسما وتدوينا وبيانا ، وتتشكل نقاط المحاولة من العناصر التالية : أولا : مفهوم مصطلح الخطاب لغة واصطلاحا ثانيا : التعريف بالعلامة محمد الطاهر التليلي ، السوفي ، القماري ، ثالثا : جهوده في خدمة كتاب الله تعالى رابعا : جهوده في آليات فهم الخطاب القرآني خامسا : توصيات ونتائج. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخطاب ـ محمد الطاهر التليلي ـ آليات فهم الخطاب ـ Summary : The article focuses on the study of the discourse of one of the prominent figures of reformist thought in Algeria, especially in the strenuous scientific efforts that the man made in studying the Qur’anic discourse and trying to understand it and disseminate its sciences graphically, codifying and clarifying.
