Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى عرض تجربة إنشاء بورصة تهتم بمتطلبات المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، من خلال بعض التجارب الدولية وتصور إمكانية تطويرها في الجزائر، فالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تعد المفتاح لحل إشكالية البطالة بكل آثارها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، كما أنها تمثل حجر الأساس لانطلاق عجلة التنمية، لذلك أولت دول كثيرة هذه المؤسسات اهتماما متزايدا، وقدمت لها العون والمساعدة بمختلف السبل، وفقا للإمكانيات المتاحة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التمويل، بورصة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، السوق الثانية البديلة. تصنيف JEL: XN2، XN1 Abstract: This research aims to present the experience of establishing a stock exchange that takes care of the requirements of small and medium enterprises, through some international experiences and visualizing the possibility of developing them in Algeria. Small and medium enterprises are the key to solving the problem of unemployment with all its economic and social effects. Many of these institutions have increased interest, and provided them with help and assistance in various ways, according to the available capabilities.
