Résumé: تشكل فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة شريحة هامة من المجتمع الجزائري، حيث تمثل ما يقارب نسبة 10% أي قرابة أربعة ملايين من فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من سكان الجزائر لذا كان لزاما على الدولة والأسرة التكفل بهذه الشريحة من المجتمع وتوفير الرعاية والدعم النفسي والتربوي والاجتماعي الضروري كي تحقق عملية الاندماج والتكيف. ولهذا فقد صدرت الكثير من القوانين والمراسيم التي تحدد حقوق هذه الشريحة والمسؤولية اتجاهها، ومنه نطرح التساؤل التالي : ماهي أساليب التكفل النفسي والتربوي بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الجزائر؟ Abstract: The category of people with special needs represents a large segment of Algerian society, it represents 10%, that is to say four million Algerians, this is the reason why the state as well as the family are obliged to take care of this category and to give it psychological, educational and social support in order to achieve integration and adaptation. This is why a panoply of laws and decrees which stipulate the rights of this section as well as the responsibility towards it emanated, so, from this point we can make the following question :what are the means of psychological and educational care for people with needs in Algeria?
