الأرشيف العسكري لأيالة الجزائر أثناء الاحتلال الفرنسي

Résumé: نصبوا من خلال هذه الدّراسة إلى تسليط الضّوء على جزئية مهمة من تاريخ الجزائر العثمانية، ألا وهي الأرشيف العسكري الخاصّ بإيالة الجزائر في الفترة الحديثة، من خلال التطرق للأرشيف الجزائري أثناء الاحتلال الفرنسي، ومصيره في تلك المرحلة من تاريخ الجزائر، ثم سنرى ما هي المحاولات التي قدمتها السلطات الفرنسية لتنظيمه والحفاظ عليه من الضياع والإهمال، دون إغفال بعض محاولات الجزائريين والتونسيين في الحفاظ على الأرشيف والوثائق العسكرية الجزائرية، وعليه قمنا بدراسة بعض المخطوطات والوثائق المهمة في التاريخ العسكري الجزائري، وقسمناها إلى صنفين هما، المخطوطات على غرار دفتر التشريفات، ودفتر علوفات الإنكشارية، ومخطوط التبر المسبوك...الخ، والصنف الثاني هو الرصيد العثماني في الجزائر والذي تطرقنا فيه لوثائق مهمة دفتري، و خط همايون. وعليه، فإنّنا سنحاول من خلال معالجتنا للموضوع استنادًا بالأساس على الوثائق الأرشيفية العثمانية في الجزائر، والمخطوطات المتوفرة لدينا، ودون أن نهمل المصادر بطبيعة الحال الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: ما هي أبرز المحطات التي مر بها الأرشيف العسكري الجزائري بعد سقوط الإيالة؟ وما هي القيمة التي يمدها هذا الأرشيف للتاريخ العسكري الجزائري؟ Through this study, we aim to shed light on an important part of the history of Ottoman Algeria, namely the military archive of the Algerian Eyalet in the modern period, by addressing the Algerian archives during the French occupation, and its fate at that stage of Algeria's history, then we will see what attempts were made by the French authorities to organize it and preserve it from loss and neglect, without neglecting some of the attempts of Algerians and Tunisians to preserve the Algerian military archive and documents, Accordingly, we studied some important manuscripts and documents in Algerian military history, and divided them into two categories, manuscripts such as the protocol book, the Janissary feed book, and the cast Tiber Masbouc, The second category is the Ottoman balance in Algeria, in which we discussed the mission documents notebook and Humayun's line. Therefore, by addressing the issue, based mainly on the Ottoman archival documents in Algeria, and the manuscripts available to us, and without neglecting the sources, of course, we will try to answer the following problem: What are the most prominent stations that the Algerian military archives went through after the fall of the Ayala? What value does this archive provide to Algerian military history?
