Résumé: This study dealt with the research on an important topic of Arabic grammar, which is the subject of grammatical differences in the subject and the predicate through the book “The Resalvation of Beating from Lisan Al Arab” by Abu Hayyan Al-Andalusi. in this search. The research was leveled in two chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion that contained the summary of the research and its fruit in which we mentioned the most important results that we reached, including: - Abu Hayyan was a visual in the issues of disagreement that we discussed, because he was loyal to the Basrians, not one of them (Rafi’ al-Mubtada and al-Khabar) - Abu Hayyan was not just a carrier of disagreement, rather we find him, in most cases, opposing, weighing, weakening, and criticizing opinions and scholars, and he may strive in his opinions by choosing an independent school for himself.
