تحفظات المشرع الجزائري على اتفاقية سيداو

Résumé: اتفاقية سيداو هي اتفاقية القضاء على كافة أشكال التمییز ضد المرأة وهي معاهدة دولية تم اعتمادها بموجب قرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة لسنة 1979 وعالجت موضوع حقوق الإنسان, وتعتبر امتداد لإعلان القضاء على أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة, وهي تدعو إلى المساواة المطلقة بين المرأة والرجل في حق التمتع بجميع الحریات والحقوق, وتتضمن الاتفاقية في طیاتها جملة من البنود وأثار خطيرة تتعارض وقيم ومبادئ الدول العربية والاسلامية, ومحاولات فرض تلك الأفكار. الغربية عن هويتنا وعن مجتمعاتنا وانضمت الجزائر إلى اتفاقية سيداو بتاريخ:1996/05/22 وجاء انضمامها بموجب المرسوم الرئاسي رقم: 51/96المؤرخ:22/01/ 1996 مقدمت مشاريع بديلة لقانون الأسرة مبنية على أساس المساواة بين الجنسين، مع إيراد تحفظات بما يتناسب وطبيعة المجتمع الجزائري وتقاليده وأعرافه. كلمات مفتاحية: اتفاقية سيداو, مضمون الاتفاقية, قانون الاسرة الجزائري, تحفظات المشرع الجزائري. Abstract: CEDAW is the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. It is an international treaty adopted by the United Nations General Assembly resolution of 1979 and dealt with the issue of human rights. It is considered an extension of the Declaration on the Elimination of Forms of Discrimination against Women. With all freedoms and rights, the agreement includes a number of clauses and dangerous effects that contradict the values and principles of Arab and Islamic countries, and attempts to impose those ideas. Western about our identity and our societies Algeria acceded to CEDAW on 05/22/1996 and its accession came under Presidential Decree No. 51/96 dated 01/22/1996.
