معايير جودة الاختبارات التحصيلية وخطوات بناء اختبار تحصيلي جيد Quality Standards For Achievement Tests And Steps For Building A Good Achievement Test

Résumé: ملخص: سنحاول في هذا المقال التطرق إلى تعريف الاختبارات التحصيلية وتحديد أنواعها وتوضيح عملية وخطوات بناء اختبار تحصيلي جيد تتوافر فيه الشروط المطلوبة مبررين أهميتها والغرض منها. إذا من خلال ما سبق يتضح ان عملية بناء الاختيار التحصيلي الجيد تتطلب مروره في خطوات متتالية بتحديد أهدافه والغرض منه على غاية إخراجه في صورته الأولى وتجريبه لإجراء التحليلات الإحصائية عليه، ومن تعديله إذا تبين وجود خلل، فالاعتناء بكل خطوة من الخطوات إعداده تسهم بشكل كبير في الوصول إلى اختبار تحصيلي مبني على أسس وقواعد علمية سليمة، ومتوفر على الشروط المطلوبة لبنائه، ومن ثم الحصول على أداة تقويمية صالحة للاستعمال، تمكن من إصدار الأحكام واتخاذ القرارات الصائبة. Abstract: In this paper, the author attempts to define achievement tests, identify their types, and clarify the process and steps of constructing the ones that meets the required conditions, justifying its importance and purpose. Needless to say that the process of constructing a good achievement test requires passing through successive steps, starting with defining its objectives and purpose, all the way to producing its initial form and testing it to conduct statistical analyses on it, and then modifying it if any defects are found. Paying attention to each step in its preparation contributes greatly to reaching an achievement test built on sound scientific foundations and principles, with the required conditions for its construction, and thus obtaining a valid evaluation tool that enables making sound judgments and decisions.
