Résumé: يعد الحراك العربي من أكبر التحولات التي حدثت في الفترة من 2011 إلى 2018؛ إذ أسقط أطول الأنظمة السياسية عمرا وأكثرها استبدادا والجزائر من خلال تقاربها الجغرافي والسياسي والاقتصادي وحتى الاجتماعي، تأثرت بشكل كبير فكان هناك العديد من الاحتجاجات المطالبة بالتغيير والإصلاح، فاستجاب النظام بجملة من الإصلاحات والتعديلات غير المسبوقة لاحتواء الاحتقان الشعبي وتفادي انتقال الحراك العربي إلى الجزائر والإبقاء على النظام السياسي ومؤسساته.The Arab mobility is one of the biggest transformation that took place in the period from 2011 to 2018; it brought down the longest and most authoritarian political systems and Algeria through its geographical, economic, and even Socialites was greatly affected, there were many protests demanding change and reform, the System responded to a number ofunprecedented reforms and amendments to contain the popular congestion and avoid the transfer of the Arab movement toalgeria and maintain the political System and its institution.
