الخطاب الصحافي الاصلاحي للأمير خالد (1875-1936) مقاربة تحليلية

Résumé: إذا كان الأمير خالد(1875-1936)، حفيد الأميرعبد القادر، أحد أهم رجالات الحركة الوطنية السياسية بالجزائر في الربع الأول من القرن العشرين، فهو أيضا يمثل وجها بارزا من وجوه النخبة الجزائرية المثقفة آنذاك انطلاقا من خطابه السياسي في السياق الاستعماري. لكن مقاربتنا التحليلية والبحثية تحاول الكشف عن ملامح خطاب فكري إصلاحي ساير نضاله السياسي في فضاء نشاطه الصحافي، و هذا من خلال تلك النصوص التي أنتجها عبر صحيفة (الإقدام) في طبعتها العربية وقسمها العربي ما بين 1920-1923. إنه جانب مهم ارتأينا الوقوف عنده واستقراءه. لقد توصلنا إلى تحديد معالم لهذا النوع من الخطاب الصحافي وفي بعده الإصلاحي عبر رؤيته لأساليبه وأدواته، و دلالة جوانبه الاخلاقية والدينية والاجتماعية والثقافية، في بيئة استعمارية مناهضة لخطاب الإصلاح و التحرر و ضاغطة إزاء الصحافة الجزائرية و رجالاتها. If Emir Khaled (1875-1936), the grandson of Emir Abdelkader, was one of the most important persons in the national political movement in Algeria in the first quarter of the twentieth century, then he also represented a prominent figure of the Algerian elite at that time, based on his political discourse in the colonial period. However, our approach tries to reveal features of a reformist intellectual discourse that pursued its political struggle using his journalistic activity, among those texts that he published in the newspaper (L’Ikdam) in its Arabic edition and its Arabic section If Emir Khaled (1875-1936), the grandson of Emir Abdelkader, was one of the most important persons in the national political movement in Algeria in the first quarter of the twentieth century, then he also represented a prominent figure of the Algerian elite at that time, based on his political discourse in the colonial period. However, our approach tries to reveal features of a reformist intellectual discourse that pursued its political struggle using his journalistic activity, among those texts that he published in the newspaper (L’Ikdam) in its Arabic edition and its Arabic section between 1920-1923. We could identify the benchmarks of this type of journalist discourse and its reformist dimension through his vision of its methods and tools, and the significance of its moral, religious, social and cultural aspects in a colonial environment.
