الأثر الأيديولوجي عند ترجمة النص السياسي: دراسة حالة وهيكل مقترح

Résumé: ملخص: يهدُف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور أيديولوجيا المُترجِم وتأثيرها في مخرجات الترجمة؛ وذلك مِن خلال دراسة وتحليل استراتيجيات الترجمة التي استُخدمتْ في الترجمة العربية لكتاب المفكِّر الأمريكي صموئيل هنتنغتونSamuel Huntington (صِـــــــــــدام الحضارات وإعادة بناء النظـــــــــــــــــــام العالمي(The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of the World Order. وقد استخدم الباحث منهج دراسات الترجمة الوصفية Descriptive Translation Studies،. حيث ارتكزت منهجية البحث على دمج منهج دراسات الترجمة الوصفية مع الدراسات الثقافية والمنهج اللغوي في دراسات الترجمة؛ للخروج بنموذج متكامل لوصف استراتيجيات الترجمة وإجراءاتها ودوافعها الأيــــــــــــــــديولوجيــــــــــــــــــــــة. اتَّضح من الدراسة أن النصوص السياسية تحمل في طيَّاتها الكثير من التأثيرات الأيديولوجية، التي تحمل المُترجم على التدخُّل في النص لتحقيق أهداف وتطلعات ذات طابع أيديولوجي، قد لا تكون ذات كثير ارتباط بعمل المترجم، المتمثل في ترجمة النص ونقله كما هو من دون التصرف فيه، وترك أمر الحكم على النص للقارئ وعدم محاولة التأثير عليه. Abstract: This research aims to examine the role and impact of the translator's ideology on the translation outcome by studying and analyzing the translation strategies applied in the two Arabic translations of the famous book, The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of the World Order, authored by the American political scientist Samuel Huntington. The researcher applies the descriptive translation studies approach. The research methodology is based on combining the descriptive translation studies approach, the cultural studies, and the linguistic approach in translation studies to design an integrated model for describing the translation strategies, procedures, and the underlying ideological motives. The study shows that texts of political nature have deep ideological influences that drive the translators to intervene in the translated text in order to achieve some ideological goals, which might have nothing to do with their primary activity: translating and transferring the meaning of the original text as it is without any intervention; and leaving the judgment to the target readership.
